Sullivan performs in concertos each year with orchestras around Australia and overseas. His repertoire of over twenty concertos sits as strongly in his bank of experience as his solo recitals.
Each year, he performs as both soloist and conductor - often conducting from the keyboard - with orchestras such as the Thai Chamber Orchestra, the Adelaide Chamber Orchestra, the Melbourne Pro Arte, plus the Darwin and City of Fremantle Symphony Orchestras.
He has performed under conductors such as Elyakim Shapira, Vladimir Ponkin, Wilfred Lehmann, Martin Jarvis and Peter Moore, and his repertoire of concertos ranges widely from Mozart to Rachmaninov, Brahms to Malcolm Williamson.
He has also recorded – for CD - concertos by Tchaikovsky. Saint-Saens and Schumann with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra.
